I woke up this morning and peeked out the window to take a look at the empty nest, only it wasn't empty. One of the baby birds was back. Who you might ask is back?

Awww, baby Jeeves came back to see his photomama. Don't the babies hang around while mommy teaches them the ways of the world? You know, worm yanking 101 and cat avoidance techniques? I have a family of cardinals who are presently learning to hop around in the area of the tree holding their cardinalcondo.They keep an eye on Mrs C and still look to her for the occasional handout. Mr S and I have truly enjoyed this photo journey and once again, we thank you for sharing it with us...Sardonica
Glad you enjoyed the "photo journey." Hey I like that, I wanted to call my blog "A Photographer's Journal" but I like "Photo Journey" as well. Glad to see I am not the only Press Birder. Enjoy those Cardinals while you can, they grow up so fast!
